- Quote & contact forms: your name, email, phone, company and the details you provide about your enquiry or shipment.
- Account data: if you register for the client portal, your email, name, company and phone.
- Technical data: your approximate location (derived from your IP address) to display nearby fleet on our live map, plus standard server logs.

3. How we use your data
- To prepare and provide quotes and logistics services.
- To respond to your enquiries and manage your account.
- To operate, secure and improve our website.
- To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process your data to take steps at your request before entering a contract and to perform our services (contract), to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in running and improving our business.
5. Sharing your data
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the website and deliver services — including our database/authentication provider (Supabase) and an IP geolocation provider used to estimate your area on the live map — and with carriers where necessary to fulfil your shipment, or where required by law.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements, after which it is securely deleted.
